ANNOUNCEMENTS
Evening Worship: Join us this evening at 6:30 p.m. for a time of fellowship
and worship.
Homecoming: Homecoming 2008 is scheduled for August 3rd! We have less
than a month to spread the word and prepare this highpoint of summer. Of
course there will be special music, a guest preacher and covered dish lunch.
Please start inviting all our friends from over the years to come and celebrate
with us.
Revival: Building on the success of last year’s revival and continuing the
celebration of Homecoming, we will begin our revival services at 7:00 pm on
August 3rd. While we are still working out all the final details; you will be
challenged and delighted by this year’s preacher. If you thought Revival 2007
was great, you haven’t seen anything yet!
New Sunday School Class: A new class targeting the age group of 17 - 24
years is now available each Sunday morning; however, anyone interested may
attend. For more Information see Wesley Leonard, 706-882-7957.
Or betteyet, just show up and be part of this exciting new class.
Casual Sundays: As part of our ongoing attempts to be good stewards of the church’s
finances and God’s creation we are setting the thermostat a little warmer this year.
Feel free to wear comfortable dress-casual clothing during the summer months.!
